  1. Worldwide ports continue to struggle with increasing productivity to match increasing carrier size.
  2. A report produced by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine recommends Congress raise fuel tax to support infrastructure projects.
  3. IRS releases parking deduction guidance.
  4. The AOBRD phaseout under the ELD rule could prove to be challenging for some carriers.
