First Coast customers benefit from our flexibility in providing anything required with regards to technology. We can send automated alerts, status updates, and invoices through email or via traditional EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). We can also generate spreadsheets in any format required by the customer through our newly implemented load tracking/billing software.
Owned & Operated for Tight Control, Total Flexibility
All of First Coast Logistics’ systems are owned and operated ‘in house,’ giving us the ability to resolve issues quickly with no waiting for any “middle-man” trouble tickets. We pride ourselves on our flexibility to our customers and users.
Remote Access to Information Valued by Agents, Customers, Team
Users are able to access all data from the office, home, or mobile device. This includes not only our email but also our billing software, depot software, or imaging portal. For 2 weeks every year, at least one First Coast agent completes billing on a beach in the Bahamas!

Our data center is housed offsite at a third party vendor location. This location is equipped with a diesel generator capable of running the entire building (tested weekly), Halon fire suppression system, security cameras, and two stage door lock entry system (one physical keyed door and one badge entry door).
All systems in the data center are fully owned by First Coast and fully redundant, all the way from 2+ servers for each application to a dual Ethernet hand-off from the provider. With so much redundancy we are able to withstand a wide variety of hardware failures without any interruption to our day-to-day services.
